Nah, some of the people saying that stuff are just full of shyt. The entire team is turnover prone and the three biggest offenders are Ingram, Lonzo, and Julius, all three of whom tend to have the offense ran through them.

The thing that people used to shyt on Julius the most for was his efficiency and defense. He's turned both of those things around completely.

The team is just better when Julius is on the floor. We've seen numerous times where Luke has pulled Julius out and the other team goes on a huge run. We've also seen Luke put Julius in games where the Lakers were trailing and Julius spark huge comebacks. There's a reason Julius is usually on the floor finishing games instead of Nance, Bogut, and Lopez.
Glad someone said it.

I honestly like how the team is progressing. I expected them to go 22-60 but they are on pace to best that. However, they might not win a game for the rest of the month. :russ:

I think Ingram and Randle have made some good strides to their all around game and Lonzo and Kuz should see the same type of improvement next season.

Lonzo is finally getting the hang of his shot selection this month which is a good sign. He should hover around 38-40% going forward.

Lopez pretty much toast...:scust:

The thing is though, they're always in the game till the last minute or so. What usually happens is that late in games they're able to get stops to stay in the game, but they can't score to save their lives. You can see it coming every time, if there's a close game Ingram, Kuz, Clarkson, and Ball just start jacking up perimeter shots.

They're kids. Luke isn't the type to put them in a box either. He's going to let them figure it out. I don't blame him. They're going to fail...a lot. A lineup of 19-25 year olds should fail a lot in the NBA.

No need to put any undue pressure on them. There's no rush to make them super competitive especially with how the West is currently constructed.

Luke is just aiming for consistent improvement and teamwork. They'll still lose games and do stupid shyt while improving.

I'm sure Zubats is a better rebounder than Lopez. He should be in the rotation on that alone. Maybe he's injured/out of shape or playing like trash in practices, but Walton should not be this loyal to vets who are not pulling their weight. I'm glad Brewer turned a corner at least.

Also, Josh Hart is starting to look like the 2nd coming of Derek Fisher. Pelenka man :wow:.

Go small and start Larry at the 5?

Hell no, Larry sucks at the 5, he gets eaten alive every time.

Truth be told Randle should be the teams starting 5. He plays most of his minutes at that position anyway and has proven he can be effective at that position.

Lakers starting lineup should be

Ball
KCP
Ingram
Kuzma
Randle
