Especially for the Lakers, Luke trying to have ball movement and shooting, Russ provides none of that. Not too mention Russell's game will likely age horribly.
Just keep your 28th pick and try to get PG in FA. So what if he curves you, you need to fine a couple of good role players before you go anywhere. Trade Clarkson to the Jazz for the 24th pick, then package both late picks to move up to 16-20 and get a potential defensive big(Bam, Jarrett Allen).
Lakers should just be patient, they don't need to be starfukking.

Feels crazy that it seems we have a legit shot at Lebron James next summer
I don't think we are ready for all these reported stars that are suddenly interested. From the front office, to the coaching staff, to the young players. Would Lebron come and basically run the team?
Next season is straight survival mode for anyone who makes it to opening day. This team needs some major internal improvements or we are probably going to have swift roster turnover next summer.

the thought of us limiting our window and bringing in a 34 year old Bron to play Bron ball. I'll pass and rock with PG and the young guys. We'd have 2 year window at best, and still wouldnt have a better team than the Warriors after gutting our talent. Please stay in Cleveland.
