It's funny how in the 90s you would look at people dressed in the 70s or 80s and think it was weird. I mean the idea of wearing tight jeans or bellbottoms was just alien.
Yeah, if you wore tight jeans back then people would call you a fakkit. Out loud too.

Maybe my definition isn't universal? But the seams are on the shoulders, the cuff is at the wrist, and the torso doesn't bloom

Maybe brands are labeling things fitted to capitalize on common misconception of the term

This exactly. And ofcourse, the jeans fall right at the ankle or a couple of inches lower.

I like the bunch up that slim straight leg jeans have...

I'm just saying, the baggy look was very present at NYFW, Paris Fashion Week, London fashion week, etc...

Then again, most posters on this site think JcPenney shyt is fresh. :mjlol: and live outside of cities like NYC, London, LA where everything comes to style three four years after it hits here.

word these nikkas talkin about fashion trends and don't even stay on top of what's goin on :mjlol:

baggy been coming back. you see kanye wearing baggy t-shirts and sweatrers and shyt. and oversized in general been in for a while now :manny:

it won't be until kanye or one of these nikkas officially cosigns baggy clothes once again that they'll hop back on the new wave :russ:

Now I realize that it's really about kids rebelling against their parents. Today's kids will become tomorrow's parents. That means all the fashion that you hold so dear now will be laughed at and looked at as alien to your kids. But at the same time it will bother you how kids fashion don't make sense to you anymore. That's how the world works and how it will forever be. Enjoy it breh because it's temporary. In the 90s people thought baggy clothes would last forever.

In urban areas sure but white people still dress like gap ads in the 90s and today... Look at 90s teen movies and the clothing ain't that much different

How is that shirt the same as what I posted? :stopitslime:

And look at the rest of Odell's outfit, the difference is obvious.

you said baggy clothes will never be back in style but baggy / long shirts are ins tyle right now as we speak... loose necks, sleeves and long length is the style right now (I dont like it honestly, shyt look weird to me )

What's old is new. People said that with bell-bottoms and hightop fades and they're back because its popular to be vintage. Baggy stuff hasn't been gone long enough. Give it another 20-30 years. Our grandkids will be on that vintage y2k swag. The cycle is always completed. Has to go away long enough to circle backthough. Let it breathe...

I like the last three fits.

It's all about the right proportions with the shirt, jeans, sneakers.

Shirt can be long but not too long,

But it's all about teh jeans.

Not too baggy not too tight, but just with a leg that's not too wide but not too slim either.

Enough to show off sneakers, especially high tops.

If you told people in 1996-2001 that skinny/slim fit clothing would never come back in, they would believe you
