I'm giving them a 10. Why?

1. Unlike with Tanzanian women, they have stood the "test of time" in terms of STAYING in my African top 10. Every since I got into African women they ALWAYS stayed a favroite of mines.
2. Beautiful and stylish clothing we no need for any "thot attire" showing any skin.
3. Pure raw African beauty that gives them that "royal look" I always talk about when it comes to West African women.
4. Sheer diversity. If you look lighter skin? Malians have Tuaregs. If you like "broad West African features" then Malians have Mande women. If you like narrow features like Horners than Malians have Fulani women for you.
5. And from what I've seen online nice laid back personalities.

They get a nice 10 from me.
