Yes, but some live in France. Indeed it is VERY hard finding modern images of women from Niger, Mauritania and Chad. Which why I said I know people will rate them low because not enough good pics.

No. They're two seperate countries and people for the most part with two separate histories. Only similarities is both countries has large amounts of Hausa people.
