My uncle Wilfrid, who not really blood but was my dad's best friend and my sister's godfather, had an entire family in Les Cayes in Southern Haiti with a woman in a house with 3 kids and all while his actual married wife and 2 kids lived in Port Au Prince. His wife didnt give a fukk. She knows shes taken care of, house, business all under their names.
