What about Tuareg Malians? I only see them in France especially.
Dude told me France has easier immigration requirements which makes it easier to establish an large ethnic community over there compared to here. I'm guessing Tuaregs feel France is closer to home than America.

I will say one thing, Malian women are just ok. I'd put a 6-7 just off my experience with em.
Most Malians I went to school(and Islamic classes) with are pretty skinny and so I would be suprised to find one with booty.
Totally different experience than the ones I know...but I knew them outside of a school environment. They have really nice bodies.
I am btw a 8 and a 9 again...
