I didn't get to vote because I am late as usual but as a Rwandan, I'll tell you that these aren't Rwandan dimes. Rwanda is conservative so only women in the west and thots like Shaddyboo have visible social media. Not the dimes. I'd rate these girls a 6 compared to the women I see walking on the streets of Kigali daily.
