I heard Ghanian women were up there as far as West Africa but havent ran into too many.

They are fairly common here in Atlanta. Went to school with a dude from there and we used to hang out at times so i kinda got into their circle. The women are super flaky, tho. Like i said in my previous post i never got anywhere with them.

When it comes to African women, the only ones I've had mots luck with were Cameroonians, Ugandans and Nigerians.
