Terrible terrible ending. By the time I figured out the writers had no clue wtf they were doing I was invested and had to see it through.

Terrible terrible ending. By the time I figured out the writers had no clue wtf they were doing I was invested and had to see it through.
Mr Robots ending was dope enough.
Angela had off screen issues with other major cast member/members so they abruptly killed her off and couldn't finish her arc and Tyrell's arc ended in a very unfulfilling way but Elliot's character and the show itself ended brilliantly. No country for old men ended ok too. Yall just dont like complex shyt.
GoT ending was bad.
Dexter ending and to be honest Dexter middle was also bad.
We accept that.
Lost was prime J J Abrams fukkery. Man is great at teasing, thrills and suspense but ultimately never knows where or how to end things.

Chris Brown and his brother load up guns ready to go find T.I. after he killed the brothers girl then we never see them again. Paul Walker and Idris Elba find T.I. along with the cop and they have a standoff. Everyone gets shot except Paul Walker. T.I. dies, Idris is hit, him and Paul Walker get in his Range Rover and start driving in silence. Credits roll.

Not like it's a top show or whatever but Vikings ending was kind of trash.
Obviously the whole series falls off when Ragnar dies, but you still have strong characters in Bjorn and Lagertha. I have no idea what they were thinking in killing Bjorn off too (Lagertha I can understand, as she was getting older) but they could've perfectly ended the series with Bjorn reclaiming the throne. Everything after really just feels like looking for reasons for the series to keep going, and when they didn't have any more ideas or budget they just randomly FINALLY decide to kill Ivar for absolutely no reason whatsoever lol

I don't usually like endings like the No Country ending...but in that particular case I liked it.no country for old men

Absolutely. The last 2 seasons were horrible. One of the few endings that I think truly makes me not want to recommend that people watch the show. You can't recommend anyone watch Lost without giving them a huge disclaimer that the ending is terrible and to not get their hopes up. It sucks that you can't just tell someone to enjoy Lost without any terms or conditions.
It's also a very cynical ending. The writers tried to emotionally manipulate the audience hoping that they'd overlook how little of it made sense, and how much of a shyt show everything had devolved into.
One big blue in hindsight that the writers were making it up as they went along is that the showrunners have admitted that they wrote the hatch into the show, and even filmed the season1 finale (where they blow open the hatch with dynamite) without knowing what was actually in the hatch. They decided they'd figure it out later. And I actually thought the hatch was kind of when the show was in its prime. It got way worse as you probably know.

He did a good job with fringe though. Which is why it pisses me off that so much of the shyt he has a hand in is either weak or outright bullshyt
