The drank is one think but why wild on the food? Is your current diet pretty restrictive?

Try new, different healthy food? Sorta sounds like you're bored with the same healthy food routine. Mix it up.

Every night is bad, but it's not a big deal if you eat whatever a few times a week. As long as you're exercising all week and are happy with your body. Enjoy life..

Just know that u wont ever be truly happy until u get ur body where u want to get it. Know that as good as that steak tastes, or that beer cools ur throat, ur just gonna feel miserable afterwards, look @ ur body in disgust, and look back like "damn, if only I had kept this up 4 weeks ago, my body would be set". U WILL do it, keep ur eyes on the prize: happiness :salute:

Getting things back on track now brehs, after I move into my new spot in two weeks with no roomates and my own fridge and whole kitchen to myself to prepare meals for all week. I about to take this shyt crazy serious brehs

Are you eating because you're hungry or because it's just bad stuff in your house to eat?

If it's because you're hungry eat something filling right before you leave work or during the drive home. I'll eat an apple with some peanut butter around 3:30/3:45 (I get off at 4) and that way I'm not super hungry before dinner.

If it's the latter, then just keep bad food out your house. It's waaaayy too tempting. Although it's cheaper to buy a big pack of cookies, if I want them I'll settle on the single serving that way it's a one time temptation instead of an every 5 minute one.

This happened to me in the beginning of June. My stomach was looking good, my legs were nice and toned and because I was so close to my goal, I was like I can treat myself, why not? Now I regret making that decision because now I'm further away from my goal. I almost feel like I'm starting over. You're going to regret not reaching your goal if you don't stick to it.

same here...I just got back to being conditioned again...I went off IF for the memorial day weekend and the week after to get rid of the numerous memorial day weekend leftovers and I was in philly eating cheesesteaks every meal the next weekend after that...that shyt bulked me up so fast :smh:....i got Warrior Dash im training for so the bulk was unacceptable...it had to come off ASAP..god bless intermittent fasting :blessed:

Just started IF brehs it's not all that bad my window 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm not gonna lie from 11 am until 12:30 pm I'm staring watching time click by
