Whoa...Whats wrong with steak?!
This happened to me in the beginning of June. My stomach was looking good, my legs were nice and toned and because I was so close to my goal, I was like I can treat myself, why not? Now I regret making that decision because now I'm further away from my goal. I almost feel like I'm starting over. You're going to regret not reaching your goal if you don't stick to it.
same here...I just got back to being conditioned again...I went off IF for the memorial day weekend and the week after to get rid of the numerous memorial day weekend leftovers and I was in philly eating cheesesteaks every meal the next weekend after that...that shyt bulked me up so fast ....i got Warrior Dash im training for so the bulk was unacceptable...it had to come off ASAP..god bless intermittent fasting
