It would help especially for those like myself that know the deal. I'm familiar with how DoD contractors like northrop, lockheed, booz, etc be fleecing the govt with uneducated "analysts" and "systems engineers" (who for some reason never seem to be stem majors)
I'm an electrical engineer and I've done a lot of high profile work with two big companies that I just happened to name in my first paragraph.
