B-Mickie was supposed to bring the drugs to Cleveland but he was m.i.a. so Terry decided to bring it since he was going to Cleveland anyway. To me his "one foot in the game, one foot out the game" explains why he did what he did.

Y'all gotta remember (without spoiling much) The car service thing they got going, is going to set up the idea for later when BMF is moving shyt state to state. Remember they were big into stash boxes and moving work through cars
