It's funny you say this. My biggest curiosity surrounding BMF surrounded their origins in Detroit. The doc confirmed that Mr. Cut Off Your Water's actions coincide with Meech leaving for ATL, so that kind of ruined any thoughts of him actually being dead. For those unfamiliar with their history, I'd actually recommend the opposite.

This is a true story Fam, In real life Lamar is based on two mentally off gangster ass brothers from SW Detroit Elvis and Ladon Simon, Elvis was killed by Meech man ______ right in front of Ladon and Meech / ED Boyd was the reason why. So when Lamar gets shot by meech it’s kind of like the death of Elvis Simon and the turn up of Ladon Simon, because after his brother got killed he raised hell and basically ran Meech out of Detroit.
Lamar (Ladon in real life is known to play possum) If you notice in the preview of last season he told J Mo he wanted the leader of 12th to be from Ecorse. Ladon ain’t even from Ecorse he from SW Detroit off Electric and all them streets but he use to do shyt like that, he plays possum in the Vlad interview, he still wants all the smoke to this day. The character Eric Kofi plays him accurately to the T.
