Maybe you wasn’t outside or something. Everybody in the Hot Boys had a role, Turk was seen as the one who wasn’t the most popular but had the best lyrical ability out of the 4.

Nah. It was always B.G.

I'd say Wayne and, to a slightly lesser extent, Juvenile, were always the more, "Lyrical" in a "hip hop" sense. Bg and Turk had bars, too, but they were more along "game spitters," imo. Wayne was always the one, from a young age, playing around with lyrics and flows. It still baffles me when people say Wayne wasn't always a great.

I love the old school cmr as a whole. Juvenile is one of my all time greats. A personal favorite. There's no denying the beast that is Lil Wayne, though.

As great as Bg and Turk are, it's definitely a matter of opinion, but Turk was never the most "lyrical."

But again, matter of opinion, because putting words together that sound dope is lyricism, poetry, correct?
