More like Armenias president spoke out against Putin and tried to join the ICC and not even a month later the Russian "peacekeepers" in the area are given orders to stand down and not engage the Azeri's... Putins Russia operating like a whole fukking Mafia state without regards to treaties and alliances. The Azeris are not the Ukrainians, even a tied up Russia would curbstomp them but they just abandoned Armenia cause they signed the Rome statute and wouldve been forced to arrest Putin if he stepped foot there... the walls are closing in and they're feeling the heat so they're lashing out anyway they can.

Any CSTO will have to either kiss the ring or immediately leave and fully commit to helping the Ukraine war cause its abundantly clear they either fall in line or they will suffer the consequences.

Didn't Armenia invade Azerbaijan first because they dissatisfied with how Soviet Union draw their border on the pretext that Azerbaijan is "ethnic cleansing" their population just like how Russia invade Ukraine because they think some Ukrainian territory is rightfully belong to them and Ukrainian is "ethnic cleansing" their Russia speaking population? Then shouldn't Azerbaijan has the right to retake their territory just like you said Ukraine has the right to retake theirs and expel Russian symphatizers from their territory? If Ukraine should recover their 1991 border why shouldn't Azerbaijan?
