I’m not saying being in a gang is productive/smart or anything like that but yall want to give up on people that made decisions as kids 12-17 years old to join gangs and now if they still are alive or not incarcerated we should hate them for poor decision making skills..
the way to truly start eradicating the mind state yall hate is with giving better options for the at risk youth..better schooling, food, opportunities for their parents etc.. but doing that falls on the entire community and not just black folks..this is something all communities worldwide face and some got a better or worse handle on it then us..
this is smart/dumb shyt like magically life will improve without gangs for blacks nationwide.. The true way is through community outreach for the generation coming up and the ones after them..
