I didnt say it answers the problem, but that bein said they need BOTH.

Billy D isnt motivatin this group and gettin the MAX out of them, if nothin else hopefully Bev challenges/ holds guys accountable, and pushes these guys to step up on a day to day basis.

I see pat is demoted to the bench over the likes of caruso (who's nowhere near a PF), which really goes to show you the lack of impact he typically has on games :francis:

Bev's impact is apparent because he's essentially a coach on the floor. Which is very important for any Billy Donovan team because Donovan isn't going to challenge guys the way a player like Pat will.

Also, guys like Coby and Ayo don't get the respect from Zach or DeMar when they call a play or direct traffic. Beverley is making common sense reads on offense and just passing the ball where it should go.

That was a struggle before he got here. Chicago would only exploit mismatches early in games and then stop for no reason at all later on
