We are way too far into the season for these kind of breakdowns on elite shooters. This sequence of plays got Pat subbed out immediately afterwards, and honestly I can't blame him. Kid's head clearly wasn't there in terms of his off-ball defense. He did solid on-ball when he was matched up with Thomas, but the Bulls have leads just disappear every game because of just lazy terrible defense like this here.
As a result of that, Harris is now hot. And ends up scoring all of his 18 points in the 2nd quarter. He hit way harder shyt after these gifts.
The margin for error is too small, there's just no excuse to be this lost on such simple actions against a great shooter.. It's actually ridiculous.
