If the team can find a way to add some pg play and a 3pt shooter or 2 they could open this offense up some and become much better. Regardless of yesterday's game they have looked a lot better.

I can't lie. I've been trying to enjoy these games but I already checked out for the season unless a significant trade happens.

I just don't see much an outcome other than the inevitable first round exit from this team. I'll still watch and pay attention but the engagement is just not there for me. At least until next season. Hopefully by then they would have made some changes, but I'm not holding my breath.

It's much more entertaining if you watch just to see if Pat hits double digits before the 2nd Half. Low hanging fruit, but it keeps me going.

I'm one of the few pro Pat posters in this thread, but admittedly he hasn't been that great. People blame that on Demar and Zach but I don't see it. The only one holding him back is himself at this point. I'm willing to be patient but yeah, I'd like to see more from him.

I’m blaming two people for our issues so far.

The major culprit is Billy. Trash rotations trash decisions and dudes responses to our Ls is mid.
Ever since they announced he had an agreement to an extension it’s been one bad decision after another


I also blame Zach. I’m a big fan and he puts in the work but when the game comes down to the wire he’s always screwing up with missing free throws and turnovers, or simply not making his shots at the end. Hopefully he turns that around and has some better IQ but this is why DeMar runs the team and gets the last shots

I think lavine can be saved from himself if we can improve guard play get him more on the move

But I also wouldn't be shocked if the nets gave us a Rudy gobert level deal and we moved lavine.

The way this season is going, fukk it.

Have Billy run a Russ/Drummond pick and roll 20 times a game, would be more consistently entertaining than what we're doing now.

I swear if this dude misses another dunk where he clanks the ball off the back rim I'm a rage. The way he came out (really the whole team) against Memphis pissed me off. It's like they didn't read any scouting report on their opponent. Just let JJJ throw their shots all over the arena like a group of dumbasses.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing Westbrook with this team. He and Zach down the stretch of games would be an absolute circus when it comes to turnovers, and Billy Donovan would 100% let Russ do whatever the fukk he wanted, but Russ plays hard, decent on the glass from his position and would be pure energy for a team that looks sleepy in a lot of games.

DeMar would be ready to piledrive him for trying to run fast breaks when he wants to walk it up, but who cares?


He would be going from 1 toxic fanbase to another, but if you don't lose anything for a half season rental for him, I would do it. fukk it.
