You keep going back to 45% from 3. He's only taking 3 a game. Now let's talk about how he's a 6'7 of but can't rebound, pass, or stands in the fukking corner while Zach or demar is running the offense. The nikka is not IT. He will have a ok career but he's a bust for a 4th pick.
How many 3s does Vuc take per game?
This is about the bust pat Williams not the no defense playing big man. He's proven in this league.

The point that you missed is that maybe the guy shooting 45% from 3 should shoot more 3s than your 7 footer?
The bust talk lacks any nuance to that draft and the team since then. Nobody was calling him a bust after his rookie season when he made the All-Rookie team. They attempted or were at least rumored to have offered Golden State WCJ and that pick to move up to select Melo (allegedly).
Looking back at that draft, after the top 3 guys (Ant, Wisemen and Melo) it was pretty much boom or bust.
Haliburton is the only other lottery pick that I remember Bulls fans calling for at the time. But plenty of fans were fine with seeing how Coby White faired under Billy Donovan (the PG whisperer) also for his first year. They obviously thought Pat's potential warranted that pick. In hindsight, you either take Haliburton, or trade back and get more picks.
But let's cut the bullshyt. All you have to do is look at the damn list of players selected in the lottery. None of those names were deemed as can't miss guys to take at 4 like some of you nikkas are acting like 3 years later.
Hell, Desmond Bane went 30th overall. I guess your magical crystal ball told you in 2020 the Bulls should have drafted him 4th back then.
He doesn't even look to set shyt up either. Last year he seemed to be more of a willing passer. This year, every time you see him, he's got his head down just driving to the rim like a bat out of hell.

1. He’s shooting 42% from three throughout his career that’s on over 200 attempts …so either you’re claiming his shooting is a fluke with that large a sample size which would of course be silly or you find it agreeable that his elite shooting output deserves even more opportunities.. which I think most reasonable basketball observers would concur with

You actually have no evidence of him “not rebounding” just erroneously claiming something doesn’t equal accuracy..his job is to get back on defense and guard the opponents best wings ..not camp underneath the basket all game because he can’t move and juice up his rebounding numbers (Vucc) his career rebounding percentage of 9.1% is at the same level or better as similar sized wings this year like Brandon Ingram (8.8%), OG Anunoby (9.2%), Paul George (9.6%), De’Andre Hunter (7.0%), Jerami “The Great” Grant (6.8%) and many many many more ..if he “can’t rebound” than dry few of his peers seem to be able to do so either

the notion that he “can’t pass” is a fictional fairytale that can’t be substantiated with actual game tape or any kind of game analysis…like much of your posting on the matter the majority of your complaints boil down to temper tantrums over irrational demands that Patrick should be putting up all-star caliber box score numbers while simultaneously playing behind 3 all-stars himself … the crux of your positions boil down to low grade babble that you don’t even try to articulate beyond 3rd grade-esque feet stomping because your new shiny toy doesn’t shoot sparkles or play your favorite kidz bop song the way you wanted it to…it’s weird tbh

After Booker was unstoppable all night, in the 2nd Half the Bulls started running a Box and 1 or a soft matchup 2-3 zone just trying to do anything to deter breh from cooking the entire lineup.
In the video you can hear the Bulls bench screaming at Ayo because he is not paying attention to the coverage they're in. He's playing man, everybody else is in the Box and 1, Zach is on Booker, screen comes at the top of the key, Ayo's out of position, and Booker gets a layup as a result.
The Bulls zone coverages looked like they don't ever practice them. How are you playing a Box and 1 and still giving up layups? smmfh
