I take no pleasure in this :francis: a team with “3 allstars” should not be sub .500 however

I take no pleasure in watching my team commit to mediocrity… some nikkas in here actually like that mediocre lifestyle but are just too afraid to admit it

Donovan a big issue too, breh is trashhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

It's funny, but I caught this video the other day on Pat going into the start of last season... before he got hurt

Just looking at the clips from his rookie season, the types of actions he was involved in compared to how he's been used after they added DeMar is night and day.

AKME will have a decision to make if they continue to slide. The NBA as a whole is better. There aren't any easy games. This is why dropping the winnable games against the Spurs, Wizards, Toronto, NO and even PHI hurt and emphasizes how much every game matters. I know people like saying it's 82 games, but these games now count just the same.

Now they already have 8 losses in 14 games. Only 2 blowouts, but 0-5 in clutch losses with a suspect coach to boot.
:picard:

You look at the schedule coming up - (next 15 games)

@New Orleans
Orlando
Boston
@Milwaukee
@OKC
@Utah
@PHX
@Golden State
@Sacramento
Washington
Dallas
@Atlanta
NYK
NYK
@Minnesota

Not many games that you can pencil in as wins. But even if you could sim through that with how they look and how inconsistent they are, maybe they win 6 games in their next 15. That puts them at 12-17 :smh:

This is being modest too, cause knowing this team, these nikkas could go out there and lose to some of the teams you think they can beat. They really could go 3-12 in their next 15 games if they don't play better.

I honestly wouldn't be mad if they pivot completely instead of holding onto the hope that Lonzo comes back and is the missing piece that fixes everything that is wrong with this team.

All things considered, the Bulls should have hired Udoka from the start. :hubie:

Also this might be an unpopular take amongst Bulls fans, but the Bulls shouldn't have signed Demar if they planned on keeping Pat. It hurts his development. I appreciate this FO making moves unlike garpax, but I'm afraid they've swung and missed. They have no core. Vuc and Demar probably need to be dealt at some point while they still have value. But as long as Billy is coach it's hard to say that will accomplish much.

:dahell: what happened to 48-50 win top 5 seed you predicted? 14 games in you already bailing?

Yes. We're approaching that 15-20 game mark. I've seen enough to know where this shyt is headed.

My win prediction was predicated on Zach looking like a top 10 scorer every night along with Ayo and Pat taking steps. I also thought that in a contract year Coby would actually perform better to get a bag.

I never was high on Billy Donovan, so my optimism on the team was based around the players improving and it showing. I have no faith in Billy Donovan to outcoach or steal any games at this point. I outlined the next 15 games, also factoring in what we've seen... the big 3 of Zach, DeMar and Vuc isn't clicking, the team is just utterly inconsistent.

They are playing Pat out of position and stunting his growth, and there is no time table on Lonzo's return. If they didn't drop the amount of close games that they have, and if they had a different coach I would have a better outlook, but nah. They look like a team that tried changing up the offense up at the very start, moving the ball more, getting other guys touches, making sure Vuc is getting post touches etc... now they're reverting back to how they looked last year after Lonzo went down. Just isolate, take turns and see what happens.

There's no reason to think this is a championship caliber roster. So why wait around? The Bulls can actually get some draft capital back before it's too late and just hit the reset button IMO. DeMar can probably fetch them a 1st rounder right now, Vuc is an expiring, but he has some value. Caruso can help a team, they have Portland's 1st if they make the Playoffs (Go BLAZERS!)

Zach got paid, but I guess we have to wait to see if he ever looks as lethal as he used to look prior to last season.

That leaves us moving forward with...
Zach
Pat
Ayo
Terry

Lonzo can get moved too at that point. Get a new coach, get picks and some young players back and just say fukk it. I would much rather watch a team with guys who play with effort and energy every night than this team that goes with the wind from game to game.

nikka value is in dumps:mjlol:

Wonder if we could finesses something from the Lakers for a package of our bench guys

Bulls Out:
Coby
JaVonte Green

Bulls In:
‘23 second round pick
‘24 second round pick
Nunn
Max Christie

Maybe LA feels they can do better but it’s going to hard for them to make any substantial trade without including Westbrick which still seems to be a negative asset for them
