Pat was a train wreck down the stretch but imo the game was loss due to game management. We got the ball back after that steal on pwill. Donovan should have called a timeout and allowed us to regroup. This was while we were on offense 4 on 5 with smart down on the other end. Donovan calls nothing then after the celtics scored again called a timeout. We really needed that possession and should have drawn up a play for either a drive with derozan or another 3 from vuc who had just hit 2 3s.
Outside of that the free throw discrepancy killed us and we needed more from lavine and ayo and with all that if we had Drummond we probably win this one. Don't like letting games slip from us. But it also feels great to not get murdered on national television anymore. Glad we are competing.

It's an experience and reps thing. He is an offensive threat. He needs to be out there to grow in these moments.
He had way too many unforced turnovers in this game from just rushing into driving.

Not talking about on the initial break, talking about after pat got stripped but we got the ball back. Offense was discombobulated and needed settling. Would have been great to draw up a play. Instead we turned the ball back over.

Patrick Williams took that 3 at 22 sec left. He missed it horford got the rebound and Tatum got fouled. After Tatum makes the 2nd free throw Billy called the final timeout at 19.5 seconds. You can go to the ESPN play by play and see the breakdown. There was a time out left.
