It's going to be interesting to see how Coby gets back in the swing of things.
Last night, I was expecting him to be a bit more aggressive than he was. Going to be something to watch, he was either just standing in a corner (Pat Williams style) or just motioning through the offense without really having his number called or anything ran for him.

I dont think Bulls Demar is much different from Raptors Demar,hes taken the playmaking with him from SA....but the 3 point shooting is back which he was doing the last 2 years with the Raps....Dudes havent seen the ALL NBA Demar in 5 years so they forgot it exists because it was suppressed in the Spurs communist system,hes back to being the Raps version (elite scorer) and all star which he wasnt in SA....

i think they should pull the trigger and trade Coby for a big man. We're gonna need some size down the stretch, maybe go for Taj Gibson again, he still has it in him to give some solid minutes and fight for boards or even get Jarrett Allen, def would be a spark for this team if we can pull it off. Just a thought

Not saying we don't need another big. I just feel the kind of big we need is not available. I also feel we are going to need coby scoring from the bench a lot more than another big to compete. Contrary to what some think we haven't lost those games because of our size. Knicks game might be the closest to that but the sixers games we lost because we got bombed from outside. Warriors game we just didn't show up all together another big wouldn't have changed that plus Vucevic was out. Most of these games we have done well rebounding with opponents and getting plenty of points in the paint. We are not in a dire need so much that we trade coby who still has a very high ceiling especially for players who won't help muchi think they should pull the trigger and trade Coby for a big man. Yo man. I make jokes but y’all really gotta learn some patience. DeMar lays bricks in the preseason and it’s trade DeMar. Now he’s on an MVP pace. Zack hurts his thumb and has some rough patches and dudes start questioning him. Now him and DeMar are on pace to becoming a historic one two punch for the franchise.
Vuc starts the season off bad and it’s trade Vuc. Now that he’s down with COVID and we see life without him we’re grateful for him.
Coby comes back for ONE GAME and doesn’t do anything and now it’s trade Coby. He JUST had to learn how to lift his arm over his head again
We’re 14 games into an 82 game season. Please stop doing this

As I posted above, we have been playing some of the best teams so far and we have rebounded well vs them and scored in the paint well vs them. We have also done better on keeping teams off the offensive glass. Makes no sense to trade coby for like a Bagley who isn't going to help us at all on defense and not much on rebounding.
So if names like jeremi grant or Christian wood comes up for a coby Portland pick etc kind of package then cool but trading coby needs to be a last resort. People are posting as if we as suffering due to size and we are not. We could very well just wait til the trade deadline see what teams tossing in the white towel on the season and flip a 2nd rd pick for another big or something.
