I just laugh when I think about the fact that Twitter's workforce is less than 5% Black. Despite the current spotlight on the lack of diversity at tech companies, Twitter isn't really doing anything to fix their crappy numbers.
Yet, we're keeping that shyt alive with all our joking around.
I can guarantee you that, if a Black person developed a Twitter rival tomorrow, nikkas would have all types of excuses to avoid using it!
Do they hire Black folks?
Is the developer's wife/husband Black?
Do they have scholarship funds for Black kids?
