Practice salsa dancing ahead of time if you haven't already. There are a few "Miami" type of clubs as well with the dress code and such that play hip hop.

My buddy and I went zip lining through the jungle down there and that was awesome.

Campo Rico Ziplining

Idk where you're from but know it is hot as shyt in Rico...and humid as hell too. You will feel it as soon as you walk out of the airport...so pack accordingly. A lot of loose, lightly colored clothing, shades, etc.

Me and my friends went back in 2006...went bar hopping, found a place that looked like a bar and walked in. It was a cock fight

QUEENS NY
I went to San Juan in March and it was awesome. I'm from NYC so you learn at a young age to use common sense when it comes to where to go and where you shouldn't go, it's basically the same in San Juan, just use common fukking sense and you'll be fine. But the Rain Forest is a must go and the walk isn't bad its like a 1.5-2 miles at the most, and it's worth it to swim in the water falls. If you're in good shape you won't even notice the walk. You can easily spend 2 days in old San Juan, me and my girl only spent one day because we were there for just 5 days. A lot of good shopping in Old San Juan. The only thing thing that sucked was the one place we chose to eat in Old San Juan wasn't that good. But besides that the food there was awesome and I ate like a pig, I put on 6 pounds in 5 days lol. I lost it quick but still lol. We took a day trip to vieques and snorkled, I think the name of the catamaran was Salty Dog. Make sure you put a lot of sun tan lotion on your back when you snorkel or else you will get really fukked up burns. If you like gambling all the main hotels have casinos. There really isn't much of language barrier there, if you run into someone that doesn't speak english enough people down there are bilingual. Me and my girl would love to go back and stay for more than 5 days if we go again.
