I may be way off base here but my line of thinking is, how is lacing an illegal substance really all of his murderous responsibility? the dude shouldnt have been buying and selling H so he is the main one at fault. @jayshiggs its also at the addicts risk to take the H. without those two things Avon couldnt even set his plan off. I just warned a friend of this recently about doing coke. you dont know who cut it with what in some instances. if you die it was at your own risk. does the legal ramifications change when lacing an already illegal substance?
