To me, it wouldn't make sense for the Fox X-Men to wear more comic accurate costumes since they didn't in their universe.

They should save that for the MCU X-Men. Just my opinion though.

I`m saying that albecause they are using Fox actors MCU isn't bound to the rules of Fox Movies. The Fox Wolverine is Dead (Logan) and D&P Wolverine is just Logan from one of many universes (like they showed in the film with Deadpool is looking for another Logan).

the Wolverine is not the same Wolverine that is the same universe as the fox x-men movies. Tom from Succession said out of all the Wolverines in all the timelines, he was the worst Wolverine ever.



The Wolverine in X-men is the same Wolverine that died in Logan, he was in the grave that Deadpool desecrated at the beginning of the movie. (in Logan, Wolverine attends Wade's funeral but that's a conversation for another day.) yes, this is the same universe where Cyclops and Professor X are dead. Cyclops died near the beginning of Last Stand and Prof died in Logan. The Prof that dies in Multiverse of Madness is a completely different Prof altogether. It has yet to be determined whether Doomsday will use that same Prof or another one.


I hated Deadpool and Wolverine too, but I still paid attention.

The assumption for me is the X Men in the Maverls post credit is who we are getting in this

OK, and? Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Electro, etc were also dead in their universes.

But they still showed up in Spider-Man: No Way Home because they were "plucked" right before their deaths.

Something similar will probably happen to the Fox X-Men or they will be similar characters from an adjacent universe where they didn't die.

Doing the reveal for the Doomsday cast early might help with the interest and box office for Thunderbolts and F4 since people will be expecting the movie tie-in to Doomsday (kind like Captain Marvel).

Thunderbolts actors were in that doomsday cast reveal so that might put asses in seats off the strength.

I think the complete OPPOSITE. There's no sense in seeing Thunderbolts for many people now. The characters will all be appearing in Doomsday. So why watch that movie? (at least in theaters)

However, F4 probably won't be affected by this because I don't think that anyone assumes any F4 member would die in their MCU origin movie.

they absolutely spoiled Thunderbolts. and i see people fighting that claim and saying shyt like, "no they didn't, it could be multiversal characters," which is even fukkin worse.

"you really thought they'd die?!" i mean, i kinda assumed a character like Red Guardian might. that's a team of jobbers. what's the driving motivation for that group? they're gonna band together bc mute Taskmaster gets blown up in the 2nd act? how many times do we need to see John Walker again? you should absolutely be going into that movie expecting Bucky and Yelena to live and everyone else to be a question mark. shyt, i probably would have went in thinking Bucky was too. dude's gonna be in his 43rd Marvel movie, he shouldn't be a lock to always survive.

Marvel’s marketing game has been sharp. Folks can call these stunts desperate or that it should’ve been an e-mail, but it does have folks talking. This is what helps build films into feeling like an event.

Sure, but the Thunderbolts characters aren't known to most casual moviegoers (outside of Bucky). It's going to be an uphill battle to get enough non-diehard MCU/superhero fans to show up for the movie.

I'll personally be watching Thunderbolts when it comes out digitally/streaming (this was my plan even before the Doomsday announcement).
