No, Dr. Doom is Victor von Doom, not Tony Stark.

Also, Dr. Doom wears a mask most of the time (though I'm sure they'll have RDJ show his face a lot, lol).

They’re most likely going to have evil variants of themselves. If the og team is coming back that would explain DOOM Stark.

I heard it's likely. They will seem good initially and the Kate Bishops 's, Peter Parkers and Sam Wilson will look up to them and be emotional about reuniting. But then they will get a peak at their characters and realize they are not like their former mentors.
Rumor on YouTube heard from multiple people. So if you don't like that prepare for disappointment.

Well, those are just rumors (which I hope are wrong).

Also, the budget for Doomsday & Secret Wars would be ASTRONOMICAL in order to get all of those actors back.

They better leave Majors in, I didn't like his Kang in Ant man but he obviously has the chops to pull out a better Kang with a good writer and director behind him.

Keeping him won't affect the bottom line and lets be honest, no matter how much they pretend we know these companies have absolutely no moral.

Winter Soldier and Infinity War were top tier from start to finish. Civil War and End Game were mostly mid movies salvaged by intense/peak fan service 3rd acts.

So from a pure quality perspective Russos can be hit or miss, the latter especially when they gotta work backwards (i.e. we need a big 3rd act superhero battle with all the characters… now figure out how to get us there)

To adapt Hickman’s 2015 Secret Wars in 2 movies… basically going 0 to 100 (Hickman had about 5-6 years of subtle to tangible buildup before the actual Battleworld stuff)… that’s a lot of ground to cover to make it make sense and be coherent.

But the Russos understand comic psychology well enough that they’re the best suited for the task.

I've said this before, we all gotta let go of the idea that Hickman's Avengers (and specially "Time Runs Out") run will be adapted to the MCU as a set up for Secret Wars.

After Endgame there was a path for it to work and let them have another decade of big movies and franchises, and I really wanted them to try to follow it because it was a win/win for everybody (cool concepts for movies that were probably gonna make good money like 2015-2019 MCU films). But I stopped believing in it a while a ago tbh.

They are just gonna take a couple of concepts from Hickman's work and make a whole new film out of it. The most we can hope for is a couple of dope scenes we got from Secret Wars but I think that's about it. They dropped the ball on this one but hey, hopefully the Russos make it a fun ride at least.

Agreed I don't know why they didn't do time runs out story line once phase 4 started. The whole multiverse arc should have been about earth 616 preventing incursions and no way home type crossovers in-between
