What worked for me was the site imageresizer.com
The previous attempts I made using other resizing sites were unsuccessful.
Set the dimensions to 97 and you should be able to change it.

This finally worked for me, can go up to 100 x 100, anything above that didn't work

I figured it out. The height has to be 69 or below
