I went there with @hood b. goode on Saturday before a silent disco and one of the brothas that was a bartender there was very short with us and didn't get our drink order in. It took us a few minutes for a white dude to come and make our order.
I thought he was just busy and chalked it up to the man trying to keep his job. Then I saw another brotha that was a waiter. It took a good 3-4 times of him passing by me to acknowledge me finally. Clearly these Black men were in the Sunken Place!
Soon as @hood b. goode got out the bathroom I said GET ME OUTTA HERE!
The eyes were definitely buckin' last night.
