Black man on CNN that says he was sports reporter for 40 years:

"The unfortunate thing about this situation, is it's letting some people off the hook... I've heard coaches, General managers, and FAMOUS OWNERS say racist things to me.... One owner referred to players as "Colored", to ME... so imagine what he's saying behind the scenes"

Damn shame I'm close to legit boycotting ALL sports...:whoo:.... Getting close. Let me hear some more tapes or don't get some black owners or something.

Sterling already dry-snitched and confirmed he's not the only one who is racist...

So you're

But smart people see your ignorance. I've yet to see one person take apart my method. Your methods are to be a bunch of quitters.

Quitters, just like Harriet Tubman, and Nate Turner... Don't be no lazy ******s. Is that what you want to say?

i just dont understand why this is such a big story all of the sudden. dudes been a known bigoted piece of shyt for decades. plural. DECADES. the NBA knew it, players knew it, media knew it, other owners knew it. doc rivers essentially forced his way to the clippers last season to coach for a team owned by this guy. now hes gonna act like this shyt bothers him? i have known this guy was a racist @sshole since 09, and im nowhere near nba circles. big LOL @ suddenly feeling like protesting, when anyone in the league or on the clippers should have been bothered by his words and actions years ago
Oh boy, the typical "this is not that big of a deal" White supremacy talking point. I seen this one used often in the case of Trayvon Martin.

Understand my method works better.

You guys want them to quit. Ok, they lose, they're out of Round 1. The Playoffs continue, the league will do something, this becomes an afterthought.

My method - Win the whole damn thing. More attention, more eyes on you. THEN, make the message. You have the world watching. Basic math, more people. The longer they play, the longer the media talks about it. Once they lose, media will move on.

Comprende?

:camby:

The whole world is already watching you GOTDAMN idiot. This story has supplanted the missing airline fiasco on CNN at this point. They've been looping the tape all day. This was a PRESCIENT opportunity to really make a stand and these c00ns failed. Keep in mind, the NBA is a GLOBAL sport. Many people in Latin America, Asia, and Africa also saw this. This was an opportunity for a true statement to be made in regards to racism in America and these fukking c00ns failed. Only, instead they opted to take the c00nish cowardly way out and now they look like huge c00ns on the global stage. If this were soccer, there would have undoubtedly been a protest of some sort, as players over there (that make considerably more than basketball players) are quick to speak out and protest when they are victims of racism. Its something that i applaud professional soccer players for.

I just thank God our ancestors weren't so cowardly like these c00ns were today.

This isn't alias, I have a life unlike some of you. That's pathetic by the way as well. Can't stand up for yourself and have a discussion, just call somebody an alias. Instead of worrying about post count, talk about the issue. Protesting isn't going to make Sterling not a racist anymore. He's a known racist. Like I said, if nothing was done, THEN protest. But it'll get handled. I think some of you just might be very young, or sheltered. Is it really shocking some 80 year old white man can be racist? One that has a history of it?

So you're not an alias you just have a life unlike some of us....but you came down from the rafters like sting to go against the grain and call out a bunch of posters. So you took time from your busy life to come drop more post than you've ever dropped in two years on the board. That's the story you want to go with? Like I said stop hiding behind a alias and be a man and for the slight chance your story is true YOUR ARMS ARE TOO SHORT TO BOX WITH GOD. Go back to your "life"

You think they were going to protest to make sterling less racist. You lost already in more ways than one.

CNN: Kevin Johnson said the Players have 5 demands:

1) Sterling not attend ANY games for the rest of the playoffs
2) The NBA give a detailed explanation why sterling's racist actions haven't been punished in past
3) They want to know WHAT WILL THE PUNISHMENT BE IF / WHEN STERLING IS FOUND TO BE THE PERSON ON THE TAPE...
4) They want adam silver to work closely with the players union

5) I think I forgot this one:sadbron:

nikkas making DEMANDS (like I said 100 pages back, but thats neither heard nor there)....
