It's easy for us to tell players that they shouldn't play. We ain't sacrificing shyt, we ain't givin up shyt.
You gotta look at it like this. As a player/athlete you work your entire life to get to the playoffs, the finals. You grind with your team for 82 games for the chance at winning a title. You practice, train, lift weights etc all for a common goal to win.
To throw all that away because the owner is a racist piece of shyt is pointless. I would be playin for my brothers on the team and for my family. Not for sterling.
And why are MFs actin like they just found out that Sterling was racist on a Friday

Today is a day that Chris Paul will look back on 20 years from now and wish he had done more. Wish that he made a statement. It's easy to take the court and say all of the things such as "we're playing for us" or "we worked hard for this"... it's far more difficult to say "no, fukk that.. yes, people knew he was a racist, but this latest revelation shows that he considers minorities to be his ENEMIES. there will be another playoff game, there will be another season, but there won't be another opportunity outside of NOW to stand up for themselves and show the owner, and minorities everywhere that this shyt is unacceptable.

Good points, man. I've considered that... But these dudes appear to be straight financially. All told, this is just basketball. Basketball isn't -- or shouldn't be -- that much of their identity as a men, although it seems it probably is.
All told, shyt is just a basketball game, man.
I honestly didn't know the depth of Sterling's character and behavior... I've been under a rock on that account. Although, yeah, I'd assume Doc, CP3 and the others knew...
