Don't have any issues with the setting, but we as black folks have to stop asking these questions to try and put these CACS in a corner.
Sometimes at a PWI you have to speak up and refresh their memories that you aren't weak accommodating assimilationists and they are being watched, they ain't being cute and getting away with shyt, and it will be remembered.
Also can't let them get bold and start acting stupid. Or start affecting the campus environment. They are cowards (as were their predecessors at schools across the country over generations) and despise real confrontation where pesky facts might get involved. That's why they hate black student groups, strong black deans and admins, outspoken black professors, black/AfrAm/Diaspora/African depts with the independence not to have to softshoe and even be political.
Jews and Blacks are the most resented because they are the likeliest to be organized or connected, put people's feet to the fire on up to the admin and president office, go public and have long ass memories and some sense of continuity concerning their group's campus history.
Other "minority" groups bytch about the focus on and impact of black student associations because they stay getting punked by the white majority they're afraid to offend.
