your fanatic style fandom clouds you from appreciating games for what their worth and not who they came from.

Twin Snakes was great, I really enjoyed it.

Rising was also great, superb action game from Platinum that motivated me to beat it on it's hardest difficulties.

What game am I not appreciating? I bought every Castlevania available regardless of who made them but was burned on a couple, namely LOS 2 and Mirror of Fate. Millions of players are more invested in the creator's vision rather than brand and that's why games like Bloodstained and Mighty no. 9 exceeded their goals by millions.

I'd support it if the game looked good. MGS is one of my favorite series and Kojima's last few games he has basically outright lied saying they would finish Big Boss's story. Peace Walker and Phantom Pain's storys were garbage hopefully whoever replaces him will do a better job. Metal Gear Rising 2 would be alright but I'd prefer a MGS6, either with The Boss or post MGS4 with mostly new characters and no more snakes.

No shade, just curious. Do you honestly feel like someone other than Kojima could do MGS6 justice?

I do, just not continuing the current story.
The timeline is all over the place and is sort of complicated to keep up with
That's what I've heard. Only MGS I've played and beat was 5 so

I'd buy a new Castlevania game so I get it.

Maybe not, but I don't feel like Kojima has done the series justice since atleast MGS4. Change at this point can't hurt. If you go post MGS4 with all new characters you don't really have to worry about any of the past storylines and you can just make up whatever you want.
