Also, MLK never spoke out for gay rights. Never said one word about it. And many major players in the civil rights movement opposed Rustin's presence/involvement with the movement. Rustin also knew not to bring that shyt around. No one has said they're the exact same thing. No one is saying that sexual preference is the same as skin color. No one is saying gays were enslaved and killed in mass amounts like blacks were. They're just saying that the gay struggle and the black struggle can be compared, and that there are similarities between the two (e.g. blacks hating on gays simply for living a gay lifestyle, just like how whites hate on blacks simply for being black).

If you have a small green leaf and a green-colored pair of pants, you can compare the two and point out similarities between the two, despite the fact that they're not the same thing. They're still both green. Yet these same nikkas would be like " Man, fukk outta here w/ this nonsense!! Stop acting like leaves and clothes are the same thing!
