Today, I can't see anybody defending the average McDonald employee period. Just based on her actions, this woman had one too many issues with McDonald employees ignoring her, or indirectly ignoring her, while serving her crap. Didn't y'all hear her say she waited 23 minutes? Another thing I despised about these fast-food chains, is right before you're convinced you're through with them, they serve you a fresh meal like it's the 70's, making you think they finally came around, and began taken food quality serious again. Then you give them another chance on a night when you got so busy you didn't have a chance to cook, you're starving, and everything else is closed, or will be closed by the time you get there. But you find they're back to giving you a burger that get's cool before you can finish it, plus it taste like the paper wrapping is mixed in it. Meanwhile the fries got cold before you could finish them again. After the nasty burger and fries, you're hoping you can at least get a fresh strong coke from the fountain, instead you wound up going through the rest of the night with the last thing in your stomach being a flat coke because they stopped changing the ice again. When this happens every other visit, especially when it's a little late, and you find yourself desperate, or when you're really hoping you catch them on a day or night when the food taste like the 70's again, the way you lucked up on you're last visit, but instead the food taste like crap again, it's going to change you into somebody you're not after awhile, especially when you complain, and they ignore you, or take their time addressing your concerns.
When you're in a predicament like one of those above, when it's too late, and you're too tired too cook, then there's nothing better than getting all your food fresh, plus being able to take a refill of fresh coke home with you. You'll feel pretty much set for the rest of the evening. That's the way it was in the 70's and 80's. The only time the food tasted bad, or made you sick, was from going their everyday, or every other day, not once a week, or on the spot. But today it's hit or miss when it comes to food quality, and this should have never been acceptable. No place should be in business serving customers shyt, especially at night when it's the customers last meal for the evening. Then too many of these cashiers still have that same don't care attitude, then have the nerve to threaten calling the cops on you if you don't like it, after you spent 10 dollars on some doo doo. I guess you eventually will see food flying, and some. Then it's usually the same cashiers with the same attitudes, and these managers know who they are.
