Much as I would prefer black cops on the force,I get the feeling once they get they benefits package they would be willing to carry out any white supremacist orders,just like nikkas in the military. Even the ones who try to good will either be thrown out or indoctrinated and go bad eventually.

I don't know how that would impact any case that he did have though,the fact he got physical back.

The problem with fighting a cop is you pretty much have to be willing to die or kill them,thank god witnesses probably stopped a murder.
Once he stumbled it looks like he thought about reaching for his weapon,not sure if it was a taser or the real thing.
But once you swing on a cop they basically have the right to kill you.
