I just don't see how you lawfully hold Lil Baby accountable. Maybe.....maybe a case could be made civilly. And even then that might be a stretch. Unless there is just more to it that I don't know about.

Well yeah...it would have to be. But if that's the case, just say that. While they up there doing the 3 ring circus, just lay it out and say what you're charging. Now I'm sure if there is an investigation going on, there are things that can't be said. But if you are still investigating, and have nothing to show for it, why even do the dog and pony show in the first place?
