It's kinda clear him and Quinn was not gonna work when they lost Shanny, they needed to cut bait with one or the other and start over, now you gotta dump both and rebuild from the ground up. Reset the money as best you can.

They should have rebuilt the team after the Super Bowl. Losing teams usually don't go back and win the Super Bowl. There's a 3-4 year window for good Super Bowl caliber teams. After that you should be looking to bring in a group of new younger pieces. The Patriots do it all of the time. I thought the GM was brought in from the Patriots to keep that kind of system going, but they got tied up with Matt Ryan when he showed that he was the reason they lost the Super Bowl.....

Defending Matt Ryan is the sillest neg worthy shyt I've seen. He's always been a game manager who used in this manner is a supreme stat-padding useless motherfukker. I been telling everyone who the three to four worst teams are and Atlanta is clearly one of them if not the worst. WOAT defense. Horrible running game. If Matt Ryan was prime Drew Brees, this would be a 6 win at best team but with washed Matt Ryan, this is a 2-3 win team at best. The only thing saving Atlanta is the Jets and Giants and even then, that might not be enough. Atlanta actually got production from the running game today which is why they were in a position to win in the first place.
I've been done with them since I moved from Atlanta. I dislike Matt Ryan and hate his fanbase with a passion and they can fukk themselves out of Atlanta along with him.

I got no dog in this fight, but as a bears fan I’d kill for Ryan’s consistency, y’all will either say he pads stats or game manger, but if you look up most categories he’s up there, in the top 10, and in some cases top 5, his performance is based of the OC not him, Quinn is the issue not Ryan you all have at least 3 more years out of him that’s enough to make one more push but you all need the right oc in place period, and a new D cord it’s a lot of young pieces on that defense

He didn't come through when it mattered. That's all I look at. He's always lacked that killer instinct. I think Vick had it, but he didn't apply himself to the position like he should have. So the Falcons usually end up with a quarterback who has the tools but doesn't work, or a qb that works but lacks the extra tools needed to complete the task....
I remember I went to the New Orleans game a couple of years ago and I saw a redzone play. I anticipated the receiver being open way before him from the stands. I think he's too robotic in his play, but that might be because he isn't as athletic as we would like. In the NFL you have to know what you're doing, but you also have to react fast. He's too slow on his reaction time.
