TBH, the Nets are a decent team. I like Ben Simmons at the 5. He made some good-ass passes and he can still run the break and defend at a high level. At the 5, his shooting is less of an issue. That boy Cam Thomas definitely going to average damn near 30 this year too and Dennis can still hoop.

But with that said, If we simply hit out free throws, this game wouldn't have been as close.

JJ & OO breakout year hopefully. This is wishful thinking but I really hope JJ becomes the focal point on Giannis shyt in the next few years. Not saying he’ll be dominant like him but it’ll be dope if he became a superstar big that you have to plan for

After two games you can see the DJM experiment was a complete failure… Trae is back to his old self and Daniels offers the same offensive production as Murray along with actual POA defense. Pelicans got fleeced.

He out there looking like a seasoned vet and he’s very stable at the free throw line at the end of games.

That boy Dyson is a godsend. Front runner for the MIP so far, IMO.

His effort last night was phenomenal, diving for loose balls, getting deflections, playing the passing lane. I’m not expecting Trae to be All NBA defensively but just at least compete. He played a great game last night

Dyson is one of those players whose effort raises everyone’s play around him. Look at how Dre has been defending. Vit, Zac, Jalen and Garrison been defending they ass off too.
