Stews burned ALOT of bridges on their rise to stardom & locally their extremely polarizing. Another thing is that they don't talk "live & local" like 92.9 likes to do. They were a much better show when they focused on national topics when they had their Sporting News deal

Man I really do miss the Stews show. After a big NFL or NBA game they would actually be talking about that shyt instead of college football recruiting. People in the A know, Kobe could go for 60 points but every show except the Stews would still lead with college football. That show was so entertaining, they would be arguing with each other and the callers like they were in the middle of a spades game.

Thats why I wasn't upset with 790 bringing on the ESPN shows. They actually talk all sports. I remember the day after Lebron's decision, 680 and 92,9 were still talm bout some damn UGA football and the SEC for most of the day. The lack of NBA talk on those stations suck. I don't get how any young black person could listen to Buck and Kinkade.
