He didn't turn himself in.
He was living under a different name and got caught in a routine traffic stop when finger printed and his details hit in an FBI database.
Don’t blame God for the evil that men do.....why did God allow him to catch a body in the first place then

He knew it was over if they got him to that jail. That’s why he was there begging and pleading to let whoever it was come pick him up, and for the cops to let him go. Glad he was caught.

I drove from Elmont to Brooklyn multiple times on a suspended registration last year..... smoking in the car too.
The ancestors be walking with me.... never got stopped when I came near police.
