What if you've got no food or water and your not dress properly for the weather? On CNN they said some chicks who abandon their cars were walking in heels. And depending on where your vehicle gets stuck they had to walk miles to find shelter. But the alternative is to sit and wait for incompetent state officials to rescue everyone.
