Also what gets me is these nikkas (government officials) keep saying the shyt was "unexpected" like nikkas haven't been watching the news for the last 24-36 hrs 
, and the weather people fukked up too because them fukkers was making it seem like wasn't much gonna pop in ATL at first

Well Atlanta was under a Winter Weather Advisory 24 hours before the event, and it was forecast to be WELL below freezing during the event so it's a slap in the face to the National Weather Service.

One of the biggest issues is people leaving cars in the middle of the road and 18-wheelers/buses/trucks not being able to make it up the smallest hills because of ice so shyt is just a stand still. NO movement on the roads right now. DOT trucks are useless.
