You can't borrow shyt from other states that's getting swamped breh. Worked in state poly and local gov't. shyt takes availability. You see Atlanta can't call VA, WVA, NC, they getting hit with snow. Everybody getting hit. What they could have did was over-promote like they did when I was in DC last week. They said it was going to be a snow storm and everything got shut down North of Durham, NC. That shyt was no joke. In Atlanta, it was like a footnote till it got real. That's why everyone looking lost crying. The problem is the corps and small businesses, they are too stubborn. They put their workers in harms way. The schools as well, especially the schools.Dawg...they couldn't have prepared even if they had 2 weeks.
Its just TOO thick for them.
GA has NO salt trucks.
No plow trucks.
No sand trucks.
NONE.
Drivers have NO snow tires.
ATL is too spread out for them to even matter.
Whats funny is that I'm not in the South right now, but I called my mom on like...Sunday? And talked to her and said it looks like bad weather is headed your way.You can't borrow shyt from other states that's getting swamped breh. I wouldn't go as far as saying God but I will say it could have prevented 3 million ppl from being on the roads today.Whats funny is that I'm not in the South right now, but I called my mom on like...Sunday? And talked to her and said it looks like bad weather is headed your way.
She ain't even believe me cause it was like 60 that day.
NO ONE saw this really coming.
Weather forecasting in 2014 is GOD

I will pray for my nikkas and all the kids stuck at the schools. Metro Atlanta schools, small businesses, and corporationsOne of my old classmates said he has been stuck on the highway since 10:30am. It's now almost 11:30pm and he's still about 20 miles from home. The Chik-Fil-A on Hwy 280 was giving out free sandwiches to the people stuck in traffic. And since it's getting down to about 9 or 10 degrees tonight, I'm not coming into work tomorrow. I'm just glad that I got my power, satellite, PS3, and computer with internet. I am praying that everyone gets to safety and shelter for the night.
I know I'm in Birmingham, but we going thru the same shyt.I will pray for my nikkas and all the kids stuck at the schools. Metro Atlanta schools, small businesses, and corporations
