Did that factor into higher prices creeping up to where people said I'll stay on the outskirts or was their a mass exodus before that?

Investors set the price high on the first home they renovate or build from scratch just to see who will end up biting. If multiple offers over asking price come in then let the bidding war begin.

white folks been had that end of Glenwood near Moreland where East Atlanta Village is. They been had the part of Bouldercrest near the golf course.

go to Glenwood near Columbia and tell me how many white folk you see. Go to Bouldercrest from the old Sun Valley projects to River Rd & Panthersville and tell me how many white folks you see.

i see what you’re saying though. man CrossFit just finished it’s office in Atlantic station. Google expanding into midtown. Airbnb building another HQ over here. A Publix just got green lit to be built in Summerhill. These things will happen. I honestly think there’s too many black people here to completely get rid of us though.

Re: wealthy black people investing and staying ITP, the migration to the OTP suburbs is primarily driven by the public school quality. As much as they want to stay, it’s tough to say you’ll keep your kids in some of these schools.
