At what point of dating do you consider yourself "BF/GF" with the other person?

I heard this a radio show coming into work this morning.

Some people consider going on 3-4 dates as dating a person. Some people not until you have got busy in the bedroom a few times. So for you personally, when would you say that you are boyfriend/girlfriend?

I don't think I agree with any of these answers.
I think most people are in relationships with people even before they formally call each other BF/GF.

You're already emotionally and mentally there with that person. Way before the words come out. To me, that's when it has become official. It's like when you love someone. You love them before you ever say the words.

And I think people both know when they are BF/GF.
Most of the time, though, you're in denial about it because emotion clouds everything.
