If I have to go beyond the wall depending on what it is plumbing or electrical, Imma call somebody. If I can troubleshoot it down to a problem behind the wall imma call it in.

I've dibble and dabble on maintenance. If it requires a ladder I'm out. I've fixed a toilet, installed a ceiling fan, replaced a microwave on the wall, changed a garbage disposable, installed a stove, replaced a furnace capacitor. This all basic and shyt everyone should know how to do.

On a car I've changed batteries, air filter, cabin filter and changed a spare. That's the extent of my abilities.

Something’s I’m not even trying. I’m not going out my way to get electrocuted or flood the house.

Other things when I try and I break it or can’t put it back together.

As a man over 30 you should have acquired the tools to do most jobs.

You should have ladders, augers, saws, wet/dry vacs, pressure washers, and of course your general tools.

At the point where you are investing more to fix an issue that to pay someone else to do it, you should just hire a pro. But for most things, you can hire a pro and then get what they got.

I hired a plumber once, he came to my crib and had a floor auger, well I went out and bought a floor auger. And now I don't have to call a plumber anymore.

shyt I've taken that to friends and families house and fixed their shyt. I've put in windows, cleaned gutters, fixed roofs l, fixed floors, patched drywall, hung doors, same with cars too. By the time you are in your 30s you should have amassed a bunch of tools.

I’m a mechanic. I don’t do home improvement tho :hubie:
Props to you. I understand if you don't want to. Some people don't. I figure if it needs fixing, I can do it. I do like doing tiles. I hooked up someone's bathroom floor and walls inside a shower. They ordered the shyt. I just did it a made it look good.

Im an electrician, so I’ll take on anything that’s gotta be done in my home apart from complicated plumbing and gas..

Saved my family thousands and thousands of dollars putting in power sockets, lights and air conditioners, ovens, dishwashers, ovens, washers n dryers..

My Mrs loves it
