I can at least understand this being the case in awards aspect. but then heisman winners history has been more diverse than nfl mvps...

I guess awards are a reflection of peoples perceptions...so obviously they finna vote for qbs

the question is why qbs are so fukking revered...in college especially, when >half of the 'good' ones are in gimmick offenses

Also true. People crap on Flacco way too much.

I disagree. flacco is not a great qb, he considers himself elite. offensive coordinator goes out of his way to prove the world flacco can pass like an elite qb instead of adjusting to shyt like, say, jim harbaugh would.

if the ravens treated flacco like jim harbaugh treated alex smith, ravens would *prolly* have had a ring by now with flacco
